Medium: All gases(except acetylene)
The GLM200 Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meter measures gas flow rate based on the thermal properties of gases, detecting the constant temperature difference of the medium to provide high-accuracy measurement results. Its sensor consists of two reference-level Pt100 temperature sensors: one detects the medium temperature, while the other maintains a constant temperature higher than the medium—ensuring measurement is not affected by high temperature or pressure changes.
With a 100:1 range ratio, the GLM200 can measure gas flow from 0.5Nm/s to 100Nm/s (suitable for gas leak detection) and supports direct measurement of gas mass flow or standard volume flow. It has no moving parts or pressure-detecting components, ensuring strong vibration resistance and long service life. Multiple installation types (insertion, flange, thread, clamp-on) enable easy on-site installation and maintenance, even during system operation.

The GLM200 is suitable for measuring all gases except acetylene, including air, oxygen, nitrogen, natural gas, coal gas, chemical gases, and high-purity gases. It is widely used in industrial scenarios such as power, metallurgy, and petrochemicals.
It uses the thermal mass flow measurement principle: the sensor detects the heat loss of the heating element caused by gas flow, which is directly related to the gas mass flow rate.
